Box 9556, Allen, TX 75013 Re: Report #35466XXXXXX MARK LA, SSN: Driver's License Number: Date of birth: Current Address: Previous Address: Dear Madam/Sir, On my credit report referenced above the following companies pulled my credit report on the following dates: CITI CARDS CBSDNA Address: PO BOX 6000 SIOUX FALLS SD 57117 Date of Request: 10/20/2001 PROVIDIAN FINANCIAL Address: PO BOX 99607 ARLINGTON TX 76096 Date of Request: 06/13/2001 WELLS FARGO CARD SERVICE Address: PO BOX 3696 PORTLAND OR 97208 Date of Request: 02/21/2001 I did not apply for credit with these companies, on these dates. Mark LA, I don't know how EX is acting towards snail mail inquiry disputes nowadays, but I would add "or employment". It's amazing on how EX did a complete about face policy wise towards inquiries. They used to be the easiest to dispute. Charlie
