My husbands score drop 13 points today. The results of my 4th investigation were complete and they once again "verified" an account that doesn't exsist. This account from the BoA is listed twice, once with the correct account number and the other time with an exact account number except the first digit. I have spoke to BoA twice and they told me both times that this account number doesn't exsist. So to add insult to injury today his score drops 13 points. All they did was delete the part on the tradeline that says amount due. They were reporting a charge off with a balance owing and a payment owing. So now they are saying amount owing is 0 and his score drops 13 points. Please someone give me advice on what to do next. I have been working on these accounts from BoA for 4 months now.
Get that in writing from B of A, then send an Intent to sue letter to Experian, and follow through. Good Luck
Yes, documented evidence that they are liars and crooks would make your evaluation of them more real. That criminal thing is a serious allegation.
