An investigation at Experian I had gone through came back as 2 remains and one updated but I only found that out from going in to see the credit report through the investigation link. Experian is supposed to e-mail you within a certain period of time to tell you a code so you can get your investigation results. The conclusion was on the 19th and so far NO e-mail and no code not even anything in writing. I can access the information in other ways but this does not seem right to me. It is not me report so I cannot call them on the phone. The bottom line is that the investigation was completed within the 30 days required but no e-mail was sent to get the results. Did they break some part of the FCRA? I would like to ask for the actual names and addresses of those creditors they got the info from.
Thanks that was my thread too but this one one was sort of an update. Is the problem fixed? I guess i will have to wait a little longer.
