Experian online dispute not working

    I've tried all day to dispute online with EXP, but keep getting the following message:

    Our online credit report service is temporarily unavailable while our system undergoes maintenance.

    Anyone else having the same problem?

    Did you get that message today? I was just there a little while ago to check and see what is going on with some of the disputes that I have, and I got in ok.

    Andi,

    Yes, I've been trying all day. Maybe I'm doing it wrong? I go into Credit Expert and hit the 'credit report' button on the top. Then the 'request an investigation' text. That's when I receive the message. Got it again 5 minutes ago.

    I don't have credit expert. I go to their site experian.com/consumer. Try it that way. I'm not sure if it will work for you or not. I don't subscribe to any of the other services either. But try it that way, it just might work.

    I just tried it via experian.com and got the VERY SAME message.

    This sucks. I also can't dispute online with Equifax/CSC.

    Ok, well let me try again, and I'll also try EFX and see what happens.

    I finally got through after punching the button 5 times! Not sure what the problem was.

    I tryed and I got the same message today . I will try agian now but what did you do to make it work? I have a dispute that must be deleted by the 19th.

    After trying to get in via the 'investigate' link, I just closed my browser and went back in, opened the report, looked at the line items and selected the investigate link at the top of the page. Since I was new to this, maybe that was the way to do it all along.... But after about 10 tries today, it worked. I did it through credit watch.

    I disputed some on mine...1/2 showed as in dispute...

    I did my wife's too...NOTHING is showing in dispute...(I clicked on dispute again...it said something like "DISPUTE IN PROGRESS...DO YOU WANT ANOTHER"??? (She just has an invisible one)...
