My report has 3 different creditors with only partial address's. On one account it says "suite" but no suite # is listed, on another it says "suite 26" but the actual suite is 269 I guess they just left the 9 off. Are these violations for not being complete and accurate? Thanks, Candi
I assume these are derog accounts you're referring to. -You could dispute the account with the two CRA's that do not have the complete address. THEN, if it comes back verified, ask for procedure request. As long as the procedure request ltr comes back with an incomplete address, you could then send them another letter asking them how they verified the item via mail when that address isn't even correct.
It takes so long cause the longer reports are wrong the more bankers and insurers can over charge longer.
