I have two items on my report, one is a paid tax lien which I just successfully disputed off TU and EQ. The other is an old MBNA account, same story. I tried to dispute these in December, and was told that it had already been disputed, and they wouldnt try again. But, they changed the "verified" date to 12/01, when it was really 5 months before that. So, the date that they refused to investigate is the date they are saying they verified. On Credit Expert the lien says it was verified 12/01, and the MBNA, 6/1/01. I am still getting the message that they wont re dispute. I sent in a paper dispute two weeks ago, and it doesnt show as being investigated. Does anyone have a phone number where I can speak to a real human being? The numbers I have are all pre recorded and only tell me how to order a report....btw its CBA Information Services, and the number on the report (888 397 3742) is the one that wont get me to a live person. I need to find out why they wont reinvestigate these two..THanks
