Keller, I do searches before easy info request like these, i have that number already. I was talking about a Direct number into the disputes dept, and not a general one which requires having the 10digit report number..... Thanks for your effort
I'm sorry, you didn't clarify. But if you "DO" find it. . . PLEASE post it for ALL of us! We would ALL like to have a number that we can "BY-PASS" the 10 MINUTES ON HOLD. ) Even the FRAUD department puts you on HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES before they get to you!
