I called experian to dispute some personal info. They said they couldn't access my credit file as the local affiliate had it and they in Texas were blocked. Called the local and they said they haven't given out personal reports and done disputes for 2 years and I would have to send dispute to PA. So I have to dispute through local affiliate here in Alaska via PA. No wonder they have problems!
