Do I have any recourse when Experian refused to verify paid and released tax liens? The report showed them as verified and updated in 10/2000 when I stupidly thought there would be some big difference in them showing as "paid" so I actually sent copies of the paid and released lien papers to all 3 CRAs. That was the basis for the "updated and verified" on 10/2000. I One dropped off Equifax when I disputed it last month (apparently because the county told them to delete - it only took a little over 2 weeks, not the whole 30 days). So I know there is the potential of getting rid of them, but how do I get EXP to verify again so the county can (hopefully) tell them to delete? Thanks much for any help anyone can provide.
