Experian Results - Past Due Date!!

    Dispute with Experian past DUE DATE !!!

    My online dispute investigation with Experian was supposed to end on August 17th, 2002 but now it is August 19th and still they are pending. What can I do about this??

    I'd call them and demand that they DELETE!

    They must complete the investigation within 30 days, but then they have 5 more days to notify you. If you haven't heard by Monday Call as per Smogs advice.

    If you don't mind, let us know what happens. I wonder if they'll grant you an automatic deletion for all disputed items.
