Just answering my own question here. The place to dispute with experian is Experian P O Box 2104 Allen TX, 75013 It is not on their website but was able to get it from a paralegal I know and verified it with Experian on the phone. Boy did they want to know where I got that. I didnt tell them a word. heh Do not send anything to the costa mesa CA adress they have on their website.
