OK, so I send a request for procedures on how they verified my accounts. They sent back what is basically a form letter stating that they contact the people by either phone, mail, or automated system. I asked for specific information such as the number called, address...etc... What should I do now? I want them to provide specifics and I would think that is within my rights, plus I can use this info to go after the CA as well. Any advice will be appreciated.

CAN YOU SEND ME A COPY OF WHAT THEY PROVIDED TO PROVE THIS MATTER ALONG WITH THE PERSONS NAME ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER TO MY ADDRESS ABOVE...
Have you contacted the CA? Do they say they verified with the CRA, or that they were never contacted by the CRA?
