I've got an old account that was included in my 1996 BK showing as included in a 1999 BK. I've disputed twice online with experian that I have never filed BK in 1999 and it keeps coming back verified/remains (yet they deleted 2 other TL with incorrect BK dates). The TL is scheduled to continue on record until September of this year. Should I even bother pursuing this or just sit tight until it falls off due to age? I'm not needing to apply for credit or anything in the interim...just cleaning up my reports.
Unless there is something you want between now and September that requires credit, heck I'd just let it slide.
