Suntrust Bank is reporting that I have a 25K past-due balance on an account that was included in BK7. I am compiling an FCRA and contempt of BK case against them. I have disputed with all three CRAs 3 times over the past 18 months. On this last round, when the account came back verified, I send out a demand for procedure letter. Experian sent back a form letter that simply referred me to my report for the name, phone number and address of the credit grantor. Of course, the only thing on my report is a PO box, no number.

What do I do now? I need to get proof that Suntrust is actually "verifying" false information so I can pursue them. Can someone point me to the appropriate statute or case law to force Experian into giving me some real information?

    Please help! thanks

You can also dispute directly with Suntrust, under FACTA.
