    On Jul 28.

Experian is crying and wants to continue selling your private info. Selling those credit headers must be very lucrative. $$$$$$

Read the sidebar... they even brag how "accurate, complete, and current" their data is... because the CONSUMER reviews and helps them update their files!!

I browsed through the information on this link and the rest of their website. Found it interesting that they are selling a product to businesses which not only checks credit profiles but also a database that is apparently kept on Debit Card holders (which I was not aware existed).

This article really makes me sick. Experian really has a nerve suing the FTC who is only trying to protect the consumer. Of course, Experian stands to lose tons of money in lost mailing list sales if the Privacy act stays put. I feel so bad for them - not.

Shouldbe an interesting lawsuit to watch. It really gets down to constitutional rights.
