Wow. I am blown away. ( Well not really since it is EXP ) RJM showed up on my report without any dunning months ago. I sent DV and disputed, nothing. Lawsuit shows up from attorney. I filed a counter lawsuit against them and send them a list of interrogative questions, filed a complaint with the AG and BBB. They sent a letter to agree to drop the lawsuit if I dropped mine. Agreed both sides. I disputed RJM because the attorney told me to dispute because they in no way can verify it as they no longer own the TL. Now, I pull my credit report and EXP has verified it and remains unchanged. Dam rats anyway. My next step should be what?
Request "procedural evidence of results" , and a reinvestigation (basically disputing again) from Experian, request information of how tradeline was verified, and documentation of its verification from the data furnisher.
