    I was just there, it worked ok for me. Try it again, maybe it's just buggy.

    george i did the BT today to get rid of some of the 24.99 amex :)

    im down to about 25% available which sux :(

    Works today...

    Could have been the cable...lights were blinking...I reset it...restarted the
    computer (5 times)...GAVE UP!!!
