I just got an email from Ex with my results. I went to the website and the charge-off I had investigated says: UPDATED, I scrolled down and nothing has changed and it says verified 7/99. So I tried to call Exp. (800-583-4080), it doesn't ring, NOTHING. I tried 3 times I got absolutely nothing. I think Exp is out to get me. Everything always comes back verified. Anyone else happen to try and call them today? KHM
