Sorry folks I have one more questions and I can not find the answer in the prior posts. I have sent several validation letters to Experian. Unfortunatly for me they contact a local Credit Bureau to do the investigations. I know this because I get a letter from this CB about the results. The results are almost always validated. The problem I believe is that I have a very long running battle with the CB. I had many collection accounts with them years ago and now I am really paying the price. How does Experian decide who does the validation? Are they picking this CB because they are physically close to me? I wonder if a change of address would help? Again, many thanks in advance.
Confused by language. you request verification/invetigations from the CRA and validation from the CA... are you saying you sent Experian a validation letter??? That would be a problem... OR did you request Experian investigate items on your credit report?
