I sent a dispute letter to Experian in mid-July, request to dispute 3 items on my report. In the dispuate letter, I mentioned 'The listed item is completely inaccurate and incomplete.....' At the end of July, EX comes back with a letter refusing to carry on with the dispute because I did not provide specific information why I want to dispute What should I do? please help!! Thanks.
Same thing happened to me. Im guessing their looking for 1 of their boilerplate answers, ie Not mine I don't want to be more specific, but i guess i'll try 'Not Mine', many of the other boilerplate answers force you to admit it is yours, ie balance incorrect fweem!
