I did not officially receive any final results but I went to check CE today, and noticed the investigation on my 30 day late on my KSU loan was verified. My question is how has this been verified; considering I received the following email from UAS the loan servicer for this student loan a month ago Aug 12 2002 before I disputed with EXP and TU:

    Dear Jeremy,

According to our records your account has not been reported to the
credit bureau as past due ever. You have the right to file a dispute with
the credit bureau you recieved the report from. The fastest way to resolve
your issue is to file a dispute- the credit bureau will investigate the
dispute, and if not found valid will remove the derogatory remarks. Since
your account has not been reported to the credit bureau as past due by UAS,
I do not expect that there would be any dispute by the school.

Please contact me with any further problems or questions you may have.

Yadad Yadda....I dont understand how this was able to be verified since my records do not indicate a late pay ever, which is 100% correct. My only concern is that someone had to report the loan this way and UAS says it wasnt them. Equifax has it reported correct(never late), and I disputed with TransUnion around the same time as EXP and I checked my CR online this past Sunday and saw that they simply deleted the account(not positive or negative)...how should I get it reported back on TU??? Can anyone help me with a plan of attack with Experian to get this corrected? All comments and feedback are greatly appreciated.

    Stressed out in Ohio,
    Jeremy

You could send the letter to Experian, CRRR, and demand that they delete. what I would do is contact the OC and have them send you AND the CRA a letter, on company letterhead, stating that you have never been late. Then, you can also send the original letter as a follow-up. Experian doesn't have a fax number, because they are pains in the Butt! Make sure you send them an original letter though, and hopefully they'll get it resolved quickly! G/L

I too have sent the CRA copies of letters and they have corrected the items several times.
