Yup, they want to make it as difficult as possible. Even BEFORE you try to dispute. From what I can tell, they don't consider an online report a "real" report for disputing or anything else. They have it set up where you have to call in and buy a second written report that is mailed to you. Cute, you have to pay twice this way. So unless someone else did something different than I, the online version is for viewing only. Cosmo
