So i sent Experian a couple disputes, and everytime they send me back a letter saying they could not honor my request because they could not verify my identity. I attach a copy of my drivers license and a copy of the first page of my bank statement with each dispute everytime. Is that not enough? Equifax and Transunion seem to accep that as form of ID. what should i do?
It seems to me like that should be enough, but what are they specifically asking for? You may need to play their game if you're serious about finally getting a response.
