I am trying to order my Experian report online and it keeps telling me I have a local affiliate and I should contact them. Anyone have this problem? So, I call them and recorded message says the only way I can get a copy is by mail, is this true? Maybe I am doing something wrong?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Lots of people have the same problem (I am not one of them). Hang on - someone will answer you.

I had gotten my Experian report in the mail & was told I could use online to dispute. When I put in all the info (correctly) I got a message that my information was different then what I had ordered my report with. Which it wasn't.

When I call Experian they tell me they have nothing to do with the site.

    Then who does? Just curious.

IMO Experian is the bottom dweller of CRA's! On my past reports they have the most incorrect listing out of all 3 CRA's. Over the past 10 months (since Oct. 2000) I have requested 2 reports through the mail with a check included. I have yet to get a report. My checks have not been cashed, I think someone is just tossing them in the can or something. I was so excited when I realized you can get them on the net. But it appears they are going to try and screw me again. This time I will send certified RR.
I have seen what they are reporting by getting a 3 in 1 myself and 1 that my bank pulled for me. I find the 3 in 1' very difficult to understand, so I want individuals.
Keep your fingers crossed for me that I will get it this time, sending it in the morning.

    micki,
I ordered my report online. Its a 3 in 1 report. I was having the same problem trying to order online, so I just thought I'd pay the 30 bucks and get one. I didnt want to wait. the place I used was
www.consumerinfo.com It is viewable online in like 30 seconds. And yes, it has all 3 merged.
