    FCRA stands for the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which is the main federal law regulating credit bureaus.

    The FCRA is what gives consumers the right to see their own credit reports, and to dispute information that they think is incorrect.

    That is really amusing, I should post my name so I can be stalked by an emotionally disturbed stranger from the internet.

    I remember the duel between Alexander Hamilton and Burr.

    I had the exact same thing done to me by Experian. I was denied credit based on the false information. I was outraged.

    But I called and wrote Experian, and they fixed it.

    3 months later, I got a huge line of credit.
