Does anyone know how long it takes before you can dispute again with them, after I did a couple disputes the always send it back saying this item was already verified send additional info. ?

Try doing an online dispute (or snail mail if your last attempt was online)...worked for me with Experian.

As far as how long to wait...there is no time you have to wait, but different tactics have waited months or even more between sending in disputes that are sent back verified. As for mine, Ex verified a snail mail dispute, I immediately re-disputed via snail mail, and they sent me the letter you got (we already investigated and wont re-investigate this item blah blah blah).

I waited a complete calendar month...not just 30 days but until a complete calendar month was between the "we re-verified on XX/01" and the current month, did an online dispute and whammo it was deleted.

    Good Luck

Send a letter quoting section 611 (a) (1) of the FCRA. It says very simply INVESTIGATION REQUIRED- it sets no limits on the number of times a tradeline can be investigated or the length between investigations. In your letter you should say that should they fail to start an investigation, they will be direct violation of the FCRA and you will seek damages as allowed under Section 616 for Civil Liability for Willful Noncompliance.... $1000 or actual costs for each violation. They don't investigate 4 accounts? $4000 :)
