It has been SUGGESTED many times that they TURN OFF THE FAX FOR SECURITY REASONS...(M-F) DAYS ONLY...

THEY CAN ALSO CHANGE PHONE LINES FOR ANY REASON...OR NO REASON...

Right, Experian employees go in and discover that their phone line is now the fax line - just for that day. So, they don't get upset, they know that tomorrow it will be on someone else's desk. ;)

I suggested that they had 52 incoming lines with a deck of cards attached to each line...the PERSON of the day takes the deck of cards and pulls one card out of the deck and that is MATCHED with the phone lines and that is the FAX line of the day...

Or to FOOL everybody...they just don't hook it up...

Or they just say "WE DON'T HAVE A FAX #"

I faxed them every other day early in June, trying to get my report mailed to me. I think they got sick of seeing my name come up because they finally sent my report even though my attatchments weren't going through. (Didn't know that till I tried to fax myself at one of those free internet fax numbers. OOPS!) I think I kept using the same number, though.

I just sent a fax to this number 972-390-3838 and it went through. I'm also going to send via snail mail.
