How many others here think that Experian is the worst(hardest)CRA to work with? It takes alot to get them to delete, like the creditor sending a letter to delete. Seems to me they may not even try to verify. FICO750
I just filed a small claims action against Experian here in California. I'm suing under the Calif. Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (failure to verify; reporting inaccuracies). The CCCRAA is similar to the FCRA, except that the parties, allegations and the laws are all here in California. This way, they can't try to remove the case to federal court.
