EXP is the worse out of the three IMHO.
Experian is my cleanest report! I wish more people would pull them instead of Equifax and TU.
I just filed a small claims action against Experian here in California. I'm suing under the Calif. Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act (failure to verify; reporting inaccuracies). The CCCRAA is similar to the FCRA, except that the parties, allegations and the laws are all here in California. This way, they can't try to remove the case to federal court.
Experian can be the toughest. I do agree. I have 2 baddie left on Experian.
