I was going to do EX's online dispute.....
Until I read the Terms & Conditions

'Once an item has been verified by the credit grantor, you may not dispute the same item again without providing additional relevant information.'

One has to agree to this in order to dispute online.

Seems to make it easy for EX to label subsequent disputes as 'Frivolous', since the the CRAs beleive that 'relevant' information is subjectvie.

Also wanted me to verify prev. addresses- for security reasons- How can I dispute those later, if I told you they were mine & correct?

    Crazy- yes, Stupid- no

Putting together my first disputes & just felt like posting....

That policy is no different than their policy on a whole.

Do a search for Experian Previously Investigated.

Although they have finally decided that just the two word PI answer wasn't in their best interests, so they expanded it to a WHOLE PARAGRAPH!!! Wooo Wooo! :)
