When attempting to dispute something using Experian's online dispute feature, the user is asked to agree to a few statements before he/she can proceed to the investigation process. One of the points the user must accept is that once an item has been verified by Experian new evidence must be presented before Experian will re-investigate this item. For this reason, I have not used the online dispute feature. I was wondering if an agreement like this is enforceable. Has anyone had any disputes refused for this reason? Any other thoughts on the matter? Simon
I've disputed more than once, and just changed the reason each time. I usually start w/ not mine, and if that doesn't work, go to never paid late. It has never effected the dispute, if I have disputed more than once. I find experian to be the hardest, by far, to have anthing deleted anyway.
