Lawd, I don't know what is going on, but I am going to try the dispute in 30 days on-line and see what happens...I guess.
I wonder how much of a difference which confirmation code you use makes. Maybe using an older report # from before you disputed the first time will help. I get the impression that they keep electronic copies of each report sent to you so that they are looking at the same thing when you dispute.
