Re: Re: Experian's VERIFICATION (ha!) well since the CA never responded to your request how do you really know for sure if they still have the acct or not? you don't so you are not lying. 2nd that's not the issue here anyway its the violation 3rd most cases settle prior to going to court and if It did go to court I doub't that one comment would have any bearing on this matter.
Re: Re: Experian's VERIFICATION (ha!) dilla, sorry for not responding sooner I would send the CA an ITS letter demand that they provide you with a signed deletion letter within 15 days from the date of the letter if they fail to comply file suit for their violations under the FCRA and FDCPA site the codes as you did earlier. Jam ,do you have anything you can add to help dilla?
