    RE: Reinsert on account Assets .A. Corp

    Dear Sir or madam,

    I am writing to you in regards to the above disputed account that was verify and deleted on Nov 09,2001.
    The said account was re-inserted on 02,2002 in which I was not notify and totally unaware until May 2002. When I called your office on June 20, two of your representative confirmed that Equifax didn¡¦t not send out any notice because the FTC doesn¡¦t require you to do so.

    Persuant to ¡± 611. Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [15 U.S.C. ¡± 1681i]
    (5)(B)(ii) it clearly state that I shall be notify by Equifax in writing no later than 5 business day, here I quote;

    ¡§¡K¡K(ii)Notice to consumer. If any information that has been deleted from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency.

    (iii) Additional information. As part of, or in addition to, the notice under clause (ii), a consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer in writing not later than 5 business days after the date of the reinsertion ¡§

    Please provide me proof that you have send me any notice on or about on Feb, 2002. You will have 30 days from today to complete your investigation, Upon failure to provide this validation, please delete the inaccurate information within 15 days of completing the investigation.
