I disputed this about a month ago and it came back verified. Could someone explain why its on my report till 2/2009?? did they just take the 2/2002 verify date and add seven years???

It appears to be an error. :) Like everything else they report. It should be 2/2006??.. maybe my math is wrong.

Who do i call or send letter to to get this taken care of.

And should i always send a procedure letter on accounts that get verified???

I would dispute it with the CRA, what was the date before? Have an old report? Tell them it has been reaged. Sending a procedure letter sounds good to me.
