On my online Experian report, I click on one of the derogs and it says this under statement.

"FCBA dispute resolved - consumer disagrees"

Who resolved the dispute? WTH is this?

EXperian is wacked alot of times. they always seem to reference FCBA instead of the FCRA no clue why they do that. What is the status on the account?

Status? Do you mean was it verified? Yes it has been. Additionally it is a collections account.

They did that to me too. I called them right away and asked the rep if she knows the difference between the FCRA and the FCBA? She said no. I should expect no finer from Experian.

I told her to take that notation off. She did. I told her that they are completely different and that this CA doesn't fall under that rule.
