I am looking at my 3 in 1 and it lists the payment history for 2 years. Below that it lists any lates for the past 7 years.

Do the 7 year lates impact my score? When applying for new credit are those 7 year lates seen and taken into account?

Derogs have to be removed at 7 years so why are they showing?
Sounds like a violation to me.

Well, they don't show how long they have been on there. I believe the 7 years table is just to indicate it is more than 2 years but less than 7. So now my original questions still stand.

Why don't you pull all of your reports individually, then you be able to see the age of the accounts and which CRA is reporting what. From there you can decide your plan of attack.

I don't think that strictly going by what is reflected on a merged report will be of much value when beginning a cleanup.
