I called the automated system to check the balance of my ExxonMobil MC. The automated system told me that I was eligible for limit increase after I heard my balance. They increased the limit of the card from $4600 to $4900. I called them to upgrade my card into Platinum and they told me the min. credit limit of the Platinum Card is $5000.My limit of the card is $4900. I asked them to round it up to$ $5000 without pulling any credit report. They told me no and it is s**ks. Ron.
Hey Ron, Major Congrats on your credit line increase... wow they are so tight only a $100 for a platinum and they said no... wow sorry to hear that well I guess with the next increase you will get the platinum card.... anyways is this card issue by citi, citibank usa, or assocites I was thinking of applying for it too cause I use mobil alot I have the mobil gas card issue by monogram bank of ga... please let me know.... kevin, ExxonMobil Mastercard is issued by Associates National Bank and they bought out by Citigroup. They told me it doesn't matter I asked for $10,$20 or even $1000 and they need to pull hard inquiry on my credit report. I told her that I wait for another 6 months auto increase. Ron.
