What exactly is a FC? I have read in searches here that if an OC Charged Off the CA cannot list as a Factoring Company. I have a 6 yr old account that is with a CA. When I disputed the OC account, which is the same one as the CA, the OC was deleted. The SOL for collecting revolving accounts in my state is 5yrs. The CA is still reporting this as a Factoring Account. I am really thinking about disputing with the CRA 1st and see what happens. What do ya think?
