I have a TL listed as "in dispute" by 2 of the 3 CRAs. I disputed the debt as "not mine" with the CA. It has been about three weeks since the "green card" has been received back. The TL appears on all three of the CRA, Is it the reponsibility of the CA to make sure that the TL is listed in dispute on all of the CRA that are reporting the TL? Since it isn't listed as disputed by one, is this a violation I can sue over? Thanks 3 day
