    Someone posted this link to a Fair Isaac scoring method they submitted to the FTC. I don't know if it has been posted before, but some of you may find it interesting.

    YES, it has been here many times...

    I have it as a "BOOKMARK"

    I really like the scoring...ONE INQUIRY MORE POINTS THAN ZERO...(11 for one inquiry...3 for zero inquires)

    JUST MOVED IS BETTER THAN 2 YEARS!!!
    12 points for <1/2 year at your address
    10 points for >1/2 year to 2.49 years at your address

    IT'S BETTER TO BE 60 DAYS LATE THAN PAY ON TIME!!!!!!!!!!
    17 (1 STATIS) "PAYS ON TIME"
    24 (2 STATIS) "30 DAYS LATE"
    29 (3 STATIS) "60 DAYS LATE"

    Also NO CREDIT is given for 24 years of PROVEN payment history...

    I think that's what they subtract, not what they add.
