IF you WIN in small claims court against your "sister-in-FLAW" could that paperwork be used to remove it off your credit report, even if you don't ever get ONE DIME from them???

No, all it's going to do is to cause a rift in the family, thusly making the situation even worse.

It is not the sister-in-flaw that put the hickey on her credit reports. It was those whom she failed to pay. Therefore, filing a suit against her sister-in-flaw, in otherwords her own brother will only result in throwing good money after bad.

While those kinds of family rifts do occur fairly often for whatever reason, what one does not stop to think about is that it's not only the adults who suffer but the younger children too and usually for more than one generation.

Good family relations are most certainly among the things in life to be most treasured above all else. Those who allow family fueds to erupt and cause bitter feelings are not thinking about their old age when family relations really become important.

When it comes to family feuds, I like to remind myself that I love myself, and if I can love myself with all of my faults then surely I can love all my family members in spite of their faults.

As a matter of fact, that line of thinking also pretty well applies to everyone even if they are not family. It just becomes really, really important when family is involved.

I can imagine nothing more terrifying than growing old and feeble and dying alone and miserable simply because I was too stubborn to forgive a family member for their transgressions.
