I know this has happened to others, but I'm shopping car insurance rates on the phone and I get a quote from Farmers...decent rate, but I pulled my TU the day after and notice a HARD from them...They did not have me sign something...and even worse, DID NOT EVEN INFORM ME WHATSOEVER!!! So, the questions are: Have you had the same happen to you? And what did you do about it?
