If you are faxing validations to a ca, what has to be on the transmittal sheet so you can prove to the cra's that you did indeed send the fax?
As important as a request for valadation may be in a court of law, I would send it certified with return receipt. I wouldn't fax it just to make sure a judge wouldn't question it. Why take a chance?
Yes, but faxing is much quicker and faster. And besides if the ca doesn't respond in 30 days then all I have to do is contact the credit bureaus and show them proof I sent them to the ca and they couldn't validate and hopefully, they will delete the items.
Yes, but if they really wanted to be aholes, they could say you used a computer and came up with a dummy fax acknowledgment sheet. It's amazing what you can print if you want. Hey, I'll I'm saying is for me, it's worth the extra couple of days and have solid, undeniable truth by the post office.
