Has anyone had any success faxing validations (and saving the tx confirmation as proof of "delivery"?

I am going broke sending out CRRR letters.

Also, the only thing (only, but huge) thing left to clean is 3 cap1 charge offs. They were 3 $500 limit cards, and with fee's the balances are around $900-1000 ea. They have already been assigned to 3 different CA's. I have sent validation to the 3 CA's, should I also send a validation to the CRA's? Or to CAP1 themselves?

Thanks in advance for all the help, and knowledge I have amassed from this 'community'!

I would use postal, but I did fax EQ and got Providians removed during CHOD.......Better off with mail though so you have records!

    Brian,

Go to Faxaway.com and start a $10 account.

But I do agree with Warchant. I like those green cards.

    :)

The cost of CRRR, which you see, is small compared to the cost of higher interest for credit due to credit reporting errors producing lower scores, which is hidden.

I've faxed in a few circumstances...

    1) A company which probably received my anal-retentive auditing of the account from the company which sold the account to them, because I never got a notice from them but they had already hit my EX, and because EX had the WRONG STATE listed for them I couldn't mail until I got their correct information from ACA ;) So, I faxed to guarantee that it hit them personally, as quick as possibile.

    2) A company sent a 'verification' which didn't even verify either.
