   I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!!
   
   Beginning of the month they sent me some checks to access my available cash line on my Spiegel charge at 5.9%. I wrote a check to myself and paid off some bills. Now they're saying those checks won't be honored.
   Can they really do this
