Hello Everyone! Success! Finally, because thanks to you guys having information about the people in high places in FCNB changed things for me. I called CCCS and gave them that information. I faxed my letters off to FCNB and got a response that night. It really is CCCS fault for not notifying me of the turndown on the proposal. However, FCNB never told me over the phone the reason either. So FCNB said that they knew about the turn down and also had on record a call in FEB 98 that told (wasn't me) that they wouldn't re-age the account because the minimum payment wasn't being paid. I told her that if I had known about the situation, I would have gladly paid. So since I made all my payments on time and it was paid off, they agreed to delete all derogatory information from 1998-1999..which is everything. She said it should take 30-90 days to get on the credit reports. I just have a collection account that has been paid left which will fall off in 2003. I am going to try to negotiate with my doctor office to get it remove. Thank you all for your help. I could not have done this without you. Bunni
