boooooooring. bottom line question for customers I guess is can they shop with spiegels and eddie bauer. I don't shop at either so I guess I am not concerned, although I do find it interesting after their horseplay with my dh's former account.
FCNB is part of the parent company that is also Speigels, and Eddie Bauer. They're all Bankrupt. I have (had?) a FCNB card, and now they're impossible to get a hold of when there are disputes. Does anyone have a number that works for them????? I guess the best thing at this point is to pay it off, and be done with it, fees and all!!!
They're trying to come out of it. For instance, my son got a prea-approval for the new Eddie Bauer card (he formerly had a Speigel card until they shut down) about a month ago. Can't recall the details, but it's issued by a different bank than the old Speigel card was.
