Has anyone ever received a preapproved offer for a secured or unsecured card from FCNB? I talked to them over the phone (they were nice)as the result of what I read here about them. I didn't apply over the phone or online yet because Junum is disputing 3 chargeoffs for me.
What fees? I've had a secured card from them for only the past 3 months. The only fee so far has been a $39 annual fee.
What fees does FCNB have that the other secured cards don't? I've never run into one. Heck, there is no application fee and -- by subprime standards -- a low annual fee.
