   I am ready to sue a CA and would like to use the Notice of Dispute as my cause for action. Can I sue a CA on this particular issue? I have the proper evidence to back it up. The account is paid, but they continue to report it and validate it.

   If they don't put the notice of dispute on your report that is a violation. However, continuing to report it is not a violation unless they are reporting it as unpaid.
