I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get copies of the latest FCRA and FDCPA? I would like to print them out and have soft copies of these. Thx in advance.. I am doing everything I need to prepare for my court battles with the CRA's. Also if anyone knows of previous cases against CRA's where they didn't remove inaccurate entries and lost AND paid damages, please let me know. OR if there is a search engine to do this.. thanks!
